About
Jenna & Pete Skenteris were both born & raised in Fayetteville, NC. After completing both business and Culinary School, Jenna followed her dreams to open her own restaurant, with the support of her husband and his MBA. The concept of Santorini is based on the family of Pete Skenteris and their ethnic background. From Papou's recipes, to Jenna's Italian creations, our goal is to bring a slice of the Mediterranean to Topsail Island.
Mission
From Greek & Italian dishes, to craft cocktails and rare wines, we aim to create a comfortable and upbeat atmosphere for all our guests. We look forward to serving you soon! OPA!
Vision
Our vision is to introduce the flavors of Pete's childhood from his family's former restaurant, with the influence of Jenna's Culinary expertise.
